How We Partner

Educators
We deepen and expand educator capacity through Communities of Practice and customized Graduate Programs, building on existing strengths and experiences. Our approach scales across more educators and advances their skills along a continuum of professional growth. Our goal is to empower educators to implement learner-centered practices effectively and lead this work locally.

District Systems
We support district leaders in assessing and strengthening systemic conditions that either support or hinder scale. This typically includes refining assessment and accountability frameworks, enhancing teacher competency development, rethinking teacher evaluation models, improving professional learning systems, and facilitating strategic planning.

State Systems
At the state level, we focus on three interconnected areas:

Building Teacher Capacity

Elevating the skills and competencies of educators statewide through Communities of Practice and Graduate Programs.
District-Level Support

Collaborating with superintendents and cross-functional teams to create favorable conditions for learner-centered practices.
Statewide Coalitions

Convening stakeholders to identify and address barriers, ensuring sustainability through clear metrics, strategic storytelling, informed policy-making, and broad dissemination of educator resources.
