Who We Are
Our team – a mix of professionals with expertise in pedagogy, coaching, instructional design, complex systems thinking, change management, research, design, and facilitation – knows what it takes to transform models and systems. This is the creative engine and heart of 2Rev.
Members of our Core Team (CEO, Senior Directors, Directors, Operations Associates, Leaders in Residence) work with our partner schools, districts, and universities in a coaching, facilitation, and support capacity to help upskill educators through our communities of practice and graduate programs.
Our Coaches deliver hands-on support to schools and districts by co-facilitating our communities of practice and serving as adjunct faculty in our graduate programs.
At 2Revolutions, we are committed - both individually and organizationally - to educational equity. To move forward with equitable practices, we need to acknowledge our country’s history of oppression that has produced the systemic inequities we seek to address in our education system. Structures have maintained that inequity over time, keeping the status quo and entrenched systems in place. 2Revolutions’ work is to help systems analyze their structures, culture and practice, in order to make meaningful shifts that address those systemic inequities head-on, through learner- and equity centered practices and leadership. We are committed to maintaining a staff that represents the voices of the communities we serve, and we recognize that our team does not yet reflect the diversity we hold as a core value.
