MEET OUR TEAM
Our team – a mix of professionals with expertise in pedagogy, coaching, instructional design, complex systems thinking, change management, research, design, and facilitation – knows what it takes to transform models and systems. This is the creative engine and heart of 2Rev.
Members of our Core Team work with our partner schools, districts, and universities to manage projects and drive the change process.
Our Coaches deliver hands-on support to our partner schools and districts by co-facilitating our communities of practice and serving as adjunct faculty in our graduate programs.
We acknowledge the history of oppression that underpins systemic inequities in education. We strive for learning environments where each child gets what they need through learner-centered strategies
