Why is it important that we focus on empowering educators?

I believe it is important because we are placing the future generation in their hands. Our children will not only learn but will also gain their confidence and build on their founded passions with the support of these leaders.

Every individual deserves to feel seen, to know that they are equally important and believe that they will be granted with the best of opportunities regardless of their background, status or race. We must exemplify that success is not bound by any of the things that make us each different.
