Erica Crane | Leader in Residence
Erica Crane, Ed.D., works within education and edtech to build transformational teams and systems in support of equitable and deeper learning. She founded Audacious Learner, where she coaches leaders and consults on projects around liberatory approaches to education, start up organizational and business development, collective efficacy, and continuous improvement for equity. She has taught, coached, and led in schools and has collaborated with learning organizations across the United States since 2006. Erica earned her BA from Columbia College and her MA from Teachers College, both at Columbia University. She earned her Ed.D. in leadership and innovation at Arizona State University’s Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College, where she is also a Faculty Associate. She wrote The Principal Journal to help leaders thrive as they support their educational.
