Eric Lasky has dedicated his career to education for the past  22 years.. Dr. Lasky holds a Bachelor degree in Math Education, Masters in Curriculum and Instruction,  Masters in Educational Leaders, Masters in Educational Business Administration, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. He is also a National Board Certified Teacher. 

At his current role as a high school Assistant Principal, he has worked to gain the trust and build relationships with his staff by showing competency, making connections, providing clarity, and having compassion. In building trust with teachers, administrators, and the community, it has allowed the advancement of innovative programs to improve the quality of education for all students. He works with teachers to meet all learners where they are, build strong relationships, focus on real-world skills, provide timely interventions to assure growth, and help students develop post-secondary plans in the early years of high school so they have an active purpose for learning.

Eric has presented the innovative work we have done at his high school to other schools across the nation at both state and national conferences. The Illinois State Board of Education, Education System Center and the P-20 Initiative have had him present on competency education, career pathways, performance assessments, differentiated instruction, and ensuring equity for all students.
